Pulseline provides a secure communication platform for healthcare teams, including real-time messaging, patient handover lists, scheduling, and shift management.
Payment Terms
Pulseline is offered on a subscription basis. Payments are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of service until the account is settled.
Confidentiality
All communications on Pulseline are protected with end-to-end encryption. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials safe and must not share them with unauthorized parties.
Client Responsibilities
Users must ensure Pulseline is used in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and hospital policies. Misuse of the platform, including unauthorized data sharing, is strictly prohibited.
Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or fail to comply with payment obligations.
Insurance and Liability
While Pulseline employs strong security measures, users are responsible for compliance with hospital IT policies and proper handling of patient data. Pulseline is not liable for breaches caused by negligence outside of its platform.
